Simply add 200ml water into the bottom of the steriliser, arrange the bottles and accessories, then place in the microwave for between 4 and 7 minutes, dependant on the wattage of your microwave (4 minutes at 1000 watts, 5 minutes at 800-950 watts, 7 minutes at 500-750 watts).
