What are our Operating hours?

We are open weekdays from 08:30 until 17:30

We are open on Saturdays from 08:30 until 13:30

We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

Payment Methods

We accept payment via EFT, Credit Card, Debit Card or Direct Bank Deposit. Proof of payment to be supplied.

No goods will be given until money is reflected on our bank account.

Do you offer Delivery service?

We will gladly deliver an item to your home in Windhoek, keeping in mind that there will be a delivery fee involved.

For customers ordering from outside Windhoek, the customer will be held responsible for the transport cost to them.

Do you have a Return Policy?

All our sold products carry a factory warranty.

Should you purchase a product from us which has a factory fault, we will first inspect and test the product.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or refund you with the purchase price of the product.

Should a product be returned (within 7 days from date of purchase) which has no factory fault, but is returned due to it being:

A: wrong color,

B: wrong size,

C: no longer want the product for whatever reason,

D: duplication of gift received,

A 15% handling fee will be charged on the price/value of the product.

Please note that the original cash receipt must accompany all returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we do not transact any cash refunds. A money voucher will be issued to the amount of the return.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

None Returnable Items:

Some items cannot be returned after purchase: Breast Pumps; Christening Clothes; Maternity Underwear and Shoes.

Defective products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects.

What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:

  • Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
  • Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you; and
  • Signs of excessive handling and/or repackaging.

Do you offer Gift wrapping?

We will gladly wrap a present for you if so instructed.

Do you offer Gift vouchers?

We do have gift vouchers available that can be used to spoil that someone special in your life. You choose the amount of the gift voucher, e.g. N$500 or N$5000 or whatever amount suits your budget.

Please note that gift vouchers are valid for a period of 90 days from date of issue, and can not be exchanged for cash.

Are Spare parts available?

Spare parts can be sourced from our suppliers for most of the products like: Travel Systems, Strollers, Camp Cots, Electric/Battery Operated Vehicles and Walkers. Spare parts from suppliers are subject to availability.
